| Cajun Coffee
6 cups of strong black coffee, hot
12 tablespoons of dark rum
Ground nutmeg
1/2 cup of dark molasses
1 cup of stiff whipped cream
Add molasses and rum to the coffee. Pour into cups or mugs and put 1 or 2 tablespoons whipped cream on top of each cup. Garnish each cup with nutmeg. |
