| Crawfish Dip
1 pound of crawfish tails 1 stick of butter 1 bunch green onion 1 pint of half & half cream 2 teaspoons of plain flour Season to taste
Take 1 stick of butter, sauté green onion. In another pot, sauté crawfish tails, add flour for thickening. Add green onion to crawfish. Add half & half cream. Season to taste. |
