| Crawfish Casserole 3
1 pound of crawfish 1 onion, chopped 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 1/4 stick margarine or butter 1 box frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup One 8 ounce jar of Cheez Whiz Tony Chachere's seasoning Rice, cooked |

Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter. Cook the broccoli. Heat soup and Cheez Whiz. Add to vegetables the soup and crawfish. Season to taste. Add rice and pour into casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. |
