| Stromboli Bread
3 loaves of Rich's frozen bread dough 12 ounces of Mozzarella cheese 1 pound of Provolone cheese 1/2 pound of pepperoni, sliced 1 pound of ham Vegetable oil | |
Take frozen bread dough and oil them. Place on tray to thaw. Once thawed, cut in half. Take one of the dough halves and roll out about 5-6 inches in width and 12-14 inches in length. Layer with Mozzarella cheese, ham, Provolone and pepperoni. Take sides and pinch closed, making sure all seams are sealed. Take a piece of foil. Spray with Pam or lightly coat with vegetable oil. Place on foil. Seal foil around bread. Place in freezer. Do the same for the other 5 halves of dough. To cook, preheat oven to 350ºF. Place bread on lightly greased tray. Cook until lightly browned, usually takes 20-30 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce on side for dipping. |
