One 8 ounce sour cream One 16 ounce can of whole corn, drained One 16 ounce can of creamed corn 1 stick oleo, melted 2 eggs, slightly beaten One 8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix | |
Mix sour cream, drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, melted oleo and eggs together. Add corn muffin mix; stir to blend. Bake in a greased 8x8 inch baking dish at 350ºF. for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. |
