1 medium can of whole kernel corn 1 medium can of creamed corn 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 stick of melted margarine or butter 2 eggs beaten slightly 2 cups of nonfat yogurt
Add yogurt to other ingredients and mix by hand. Pour into 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes or until top is browned and puffs up.
