2 eggs, beaten One 8 ounce package of corn muffin mix 1 can creamed corn 1 can kernel corn 1 cup of sour cream or yogurt 1/2 cup of butter, melted 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded | |
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese. Spread in a buttered casserole. Bake at 350ºF. 35 minutes. Top with cheese and bake another 10 to 15 minutes. |
