| Mustard Beans
1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of vinegar 3 tablespoons of prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoons of instant minced onion 1/4 teaspoon of salt One 1 pound can of wax beans, drained or One 9 ounce package of frozen wax beans, thawed
Combine all ingredients except beans; bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add beans; simmer uncovered 5 minutes; cool. Cover; refrigerate overnight. |
