| VIENNA LOAF APPETIZER
1 loaf Vienna bread, un-sliced 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms, sliced Eight 16 oz. finely grated Swiss cheese 2 sticks of butter 2 tablespoons of onion, chopped 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds, optional 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of dry mustard |

Slice bread lengthwise and widthwise within 1/2 inch from bottom (creating fingers of bread). Do not cut all the way through. Stuff mushrooms and cheese between fingers. Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Pour butter mixture over bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350ºF. for 30-40 minutes. |
