8 ounces of uncooked wide egg noodles 1/4 cup of margarine or butter 1 medium onion, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream 2 cups of diced, fully cooked smoked ham, 1/2 lb. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 cup of dry bread crumbs Paprika
Drop the noodles into 6 cups boiling salted water. Cook, stirring constantly 3 minutes. Cover and remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes; drain. Stir margarine and onion into noodles. Stir eggs into sour cream. Stir egg mixture, ham and pepper into noodles. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly in greased 2 quart casserole. Pour noodle mixture into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350ºF. 40-45 minutes. Serves 6.
