Combine the first 3 ingredients, and shape the mixture into a 5 inch ball. Combine the cracked peppercorns, roll the cheese ball in mixture until evenly coated. Wrap in a heavy duty plastic wrap, and chill until firm. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes one 5 inch cheese ball. |
