Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Cut off the ends of the bananas. Place the unpeeled bananas on an ungreased cookie sheet or a baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until the skins burst and turn black. Peel and discard the skins and cut each banana lengthwise. Mix the butter, brown sugar, and lemon. Drizzle over the cooked bananas. Serves 8 <---Can you name which country this flag is from?
