Instructions:
Place the yeast and sugar into a small bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the yeast mixture into the well and stir to mix. Stir in milk to make to make a thick batter. Preheat your oven to 200ºF. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Using a ladle or a cup, pour in enough batter to make one large round 5 or 6 inch pancake. Use the back of a spoon or the ladle to spread out the batter. Cook to brown, about 2 minutes, and using wide metal spatula, flip over to brown second side, about 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and transfer to a baking sheet. Keep in a warm oven while making the remaining pancakes. <---Can you name which country this flag is from?
