
| Shrimp Mold
2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup of cold water 1 can of tomato soup 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce One 8 ounce package of pkg. cream cheese 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of finely chopped celery 1 small grated onion 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped 2 or 3 cans of shrimp (small) drained |

Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat soup to boiling point, remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Let cool slightly. Blend in cream cheese, mayonnaise and Tabasco. Add celery, onion and green pepper and chill until slightly thickened. Gently stir in drained shrimp and pour into a slightly oiled mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto lettuce leaves and serve with Ritz crackers and sliced cucumbers. |
