
| Broccoli Shrimp Quiche
One 10 inch quiche shell 1 cup of cooked and cleaned shrimp, chopped 1 cup of blanched broccoli florets 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 3 eggs One 7 1/2 ounce package of farmer cheese (preferred) 1 1/2 cup of cream 1 teaspoon of curry powder |

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Sprinkle shrimp, broccoli, and Parmesan cheese into bottom of prepared quiche shell. Beat together eggs, farmer cheese, cream, and curry powder. Pour mixture over ingredients in shell. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with whole, cooked shrimp and broccoli flowerets. |
