| Passover - Cheese Matzoh Soufflé
1 pound of cottage cheese 4 Eggs 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of Sour cream 1 Lemon & rind, grated, Juice 1 Orange & rind; grated 3/4 cup of dried fruit; snipped into 2/3 cup of sugar |
| Greased 9 x 13 inch pan - 350ºF. oven. Beat eggs; add milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and rind, sugar, matzohs and fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. |
