| Passover "Pesach" Rolls
1 cup of water 1/2 cup of oil 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 1 1/2 cup of Matzo meal 5 eggs (room temperature) |

*All are Passover approved items. Boil water, oil, sugar and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Add Matzo meal; remove from heat. Stir; cool. Add the eggs individually; stir after each egg. Drop onto greased cookie sheet 12-15 per sheet. Bake at 450ºF. for 10 minutes, 325ºF. 60 minutes. Refrigerate until used. |
