

| Low Calorie Raspberry Peach Refresher

1/4 cup of frozen raspberries 1/4 cup of frozen peaches 3-4 teaspoons of sugar (to taste) 1/4 or less cup of Special K or oatmeal Cooked oatmeal or any other flaky cereal 2 tablespoons of frozen vanilla yogurt |

Melt raspberries in microwave 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Melt peaches in microwave 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Cover top of frozen raspberries. Microwave additional minutes if still too cold. Make both (together in same bowl) very hot. Add sugar to fruit. Add a few drops (1/4 teaspoon) vanilla extract to fruit. all together. Add cereal or oatmeal to top, then add 2 tablespoons Haugen-Daaz frozen vanilla yogurt on top. Enjoy. |
