Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening with pastry blender. Beat eggs with sour cream; add to other ingredients. Turn mixture onto lightly floured board and roll out. Cut into diamonds or triangles. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar or brush with egg.
