Butter a 10-inch quiche pan. Beat the eggs. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together and add to the eggs. Pour into the pan and bake at 350ºF. until set. Cut into pie-shaped pieces and served hot. Serves: 8. May be used for breakfast or as a main meal with salad.
