| Wheat Flake Cereal 1 tablespoon of unrefined oil 1 cup of wheat flakes or other flaked grain 3 cups of boiling water 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Sauté the flakes in oil until golden brown. Add water and salt. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with roasted seeds or nuts and raisins. Serves 4 |
