| Honey White Bread
Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of canola oil
2 tablespoons of honey
2 7/8 cups of bread flour
1 tablespoon of gluten
1 teaspoon of salt
1 3/4 teaspoons of SAF yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons of Yeast, Active Dry 1 lb. |

Place all of the ingredients in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions. Set crust on medium and program for the basic cycle, press Start. This recipe is not suitable for use with delay timer. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack. Let it cool to room temperature before slicing. |
