Aloha Bread
1 1/2 POUND LOAF 1 can (8 ounces) of crushed pineapple 1/3 cup of water 1/4 cup of Reserved pineapple juice 1 tablespoon of Margarine or butter 3 cups of bread flour 1/2 cup of shredded coconut; toasted 1/3 cup of pecan or walnut halves 1 tablespoon of dry milk 1 tablespoon of Packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast |

This bread machine recipe is delicious and one of my favorites Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycle.
