Small Loaf 1 1/4 cups of buttermilk 1 tablespoon of butter; or canola oil 1/4 cup of un-sulphured molasses 1 1/2 cups of All-purpose flour 1 cup of Rye flour 1/2 cup of Unprocessed wheat bran 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of Vital wheat gluten 1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast |

Large Loaf 1 3/4 cups of buttermilk 4 teaspoons of butter or canola oil 1/2 cup of Unsulphured molasses 3 cups of all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 cups of rye flour 3/4 cup of unprocessed wheat bran 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 4 teaspoons of Vital wheat gluten 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet.
