Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain, and set it aside. In a sauté pan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté. Add the pepper and tomatoes and sauté. Add the basil, black pepper, and mozzarella. Mix it well until thoroughly heated. Serve it over cooked pasta. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings |
