Place the garlic into a small amount of boiling water for 1 minutes, crush. Combine the garlic, yogurt cheese, dill, chives, and basil. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Dry the cucumber slices with paper towels. Mound with cheese mixture and top each with a radish sauce. Chill before servings. Serves 4 |
